I had a very mixed experience at this resort. The beach was absolutely stunning, easily being the highlight of my stay. The service varied, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others seemed unwelcoming. The room I stayed in left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, which was disappointing. While the location is beautiful and serene, the limited dining options and high prices for food made things challenging.
Natai Beach Resort is an idyllic escape with stunning beachfront views and a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. The rooms are spacious and elegant, mere steps from the beautiful sandy beach and the inviting pool. The staff consistently provided warm, attentive service, making our stay even more special. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes offered.
Our stay at the hotel was truly rejuvenating, especially with its beautiful design and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, just steps from an exquisite beach, and the pool was simply fantastic. Although the service was friendly, it could benefit from more attentiveness.
